Initiate Your Request
Contact our concierge team within 30 days of delivery to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.
Prepare for Transit
Carefully repackage the furniture in its original protective wrapping and crates to ensure the items are not damaged during the return journey.
Schedule the Pickup
Once your return is authorized, we will coordinate with our specialized white-glove freight partners to schedule a convenient time for collection from your property.
Inspection and Refund
After our warehouse team verifies the condition of the returned pieces, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking and shipping fees.
