In-stock items generally ship within 5-10 business days. For custom upholstery or out-of-stock pieces, lead times can range from 8 to 14 weeks depending on the specific collection.
Do you offer White Glove delivery and assembly?
Yes, we offer a White Glove service which includes professional delivery, assembly in your preferred outdoor space, and the removal of all packaging materials.
How should I maintain my teak furniture?
Teak will naturally silver over time if left untreated. To maintain the original golden hue, we recommend applying a teak sealer once a year and cleaning regularly with mild soap and water.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on non-custom items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition, and a restocking fee plus return shipping costs will apply.
Does Harbour Outdoor furniture come with a warranty?
Yes, we provide a comprehensive structural warranty of up to 5 years on frames and 1-2 years on fabrics and finishes against manufacturing defects.
